Dr. Kenneth W. Cooper, CEO
Dr. Kenneth Cooper is a recognized industry leader in cybersecurity. He is considered one of the leading innovators in cybersecurity control development, cybersecurity program guidance, and global implementation of data protection, data privacy, cyber risk threat assessment, strategy, and security standards, including IEEE, ISC2, ABET, and CompTIA industry organizations.
Dr. Cooper has developed and led global security modernization efforts for the Department of Defense, state agencies, and technology & media organizations. He has overseen the security design and certification of defense systems such as the Global Command and Control Satellite system and the Space-Based Missile Alerting & Early Warning systems. As a trusted advisor, Dr. Cooper led the design and implementation of cybersecurity efforts for the state of California’s retirement program. He also implemented FedRAMP for the state of Colorado’s Medical & Health Insurance Exchange program cloud environment.
Dr. Cooper holds an Applied Doctorate in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University. Dr. Cooper is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Utah ISACA Chapter. He has the following industry certifications and requirements, CISSP, CCSP, ISSAP.
